So, what have we learned.
1: Don't buy a Brain Quest for your kids
2: a pound is a pound.
3: Always listen to the teach (unless you want to fail)
And I goofed on the boiling test. Although I used exact amounts in both pots. The second pot was a few inches smaller and had a wider bottom. allowing the water to heat up faster.
(hate it when that happens)
