Put them on CD's and hand-deliver them to the people involved. Tell them that you found the pictures whil going through old stuff, and ask if they want them deleted. Give them the CD, what happens to it is their choice. If you get the OK to keep your copies at home, encrypt the files and put them onto CD's. Delete what's on the hard drive, and if you ever want to look at them, decrypt them into a temp folder, and clear it after you're done.
