You know what's the worst, though? People who don't know how to operate a 4-way Stop intersection. Geezus. I watched traffic come to a total halt while this woman who had right-of-way waved other cars through the intersection. Each one of them stopped, looked around, looked at her, got her wave, waited to see if she really meant it, and then tenatively crossed the intersection. She waved through five or six cars while she had right-of-way. Meanwhile people are backing up BAD in all four directions... Made me want to get out of my car and bitch-slap her.
