with BE, I find I use a lot less than I think I should use... I like it because it doesn't give a "made up" look, just my older skin (I'm 40 with lots of squint lines and laugh lines that aren't funny) look refreshed. I do make sure I use moisturizer about 10 minutes before I apply it --

The application is all in the brush -- you really want to f ollow the instructions to put a little bit of product in the lid, then swirl the brush around and tap everything off the brush - what's left on the brush then brush onto your face in a circular motion..

I have a very rosey complexion - and the BE does even out my skin tone a lot - -and it does not feel like I am wearing make up at all
