No idea. I've never measured any of my partners.
So long as it feels good, I'm happy. And if it doesn't feel good, it won't happen again, and that goes for too big, or too small, or too insensitive to what they're doing with my body. I'm sure big and small both have ways of making sure they either don't hurt me or make me feel amazing, they've just got to pay attention.
