Call up the dealership and ask to speak to the fleet manager. Tell him what you want to buy, and ask him what the price is. Nine times out of ten, he'll tell you something that's a few hundred over invoice, which is fair. If he tries to jack the price, mention the invoice price and he'll either get reasonable real fast or he's an idiot.
Fleet managers sell shitloads of cars to companies. They aren't on commission, they don't have time to dick around with prices, so they don't tend to try the price inflation game too often.
