Been there, done that. You basically have to turn everything over to the woman, as you concentrate on the road. She straddles you facing the rear of the car and lays her head down on your shoulder so you can see. Back in college, a g/f and I were driving back from a day at Cedar Point and 80/90 (toll road) was so boring she just jumped on. We managed to do it three times before we got home. The only akward part came when a school bus with a football team passed us. Oops....
