Mushrooms, sliced
Green Peppers, sliced
Onions, sliced
Scallions, sliced
garlic, chopped
Bok Chop (Chinese cabbage), sliced
If you want some protein in it, add in some sliced beef or chicken or some shrimp
Toss around in the wok until cooked -- just a few minutes.
For a sauce, take some soy sauce and a splash of chicken broth mixed with a little cornstarch to thicken it.. Heat the sauce until it thickens and toss with the veggies and meat.
Serve over rice if you wanna.
