Van Morrison - He made me appreciate more of the artistic side of classic rock, and to
listen and find more than just the Top40 "Pop" hits you hear on the radio, because
there's alot of music out there that isn't played on the radio that's just as good, if not
better most of the time. In a way, also got me into Jazz and older Blues - which are
definitely more musical than anything I used to listen to, or could listen to in today's crapola.
Also Prog Rock groups like Yes, Rush, Genesis, etc... Gave me an appreciation
for what can be done with a group of great musicians. Why hire 15 studio
musicians when you can play all the instruments yourself!
