It only snows in the Rio Grande valley about once every 100 years
---Yea, it is xmas eve and it is sleeting and SNOWING--my grand daughter just made two snow balls---flowers are covered with sheets and they are damp and frozen solid---expect 50 tomorrow---80 on Tuesday....now that is my kind of winter...VG
