While Buffy is in a coma (03.22), she shares a dream with Faith.
As they are making the bed Faith says about being ready for "Little Miss Muffet"?
This is sometimes interpreted as a "Dawn Reference".

Edit: oops! Faith was in a coma. Buffy was rather anemic .
