We tend to just reach for the box of kleenex and mop up on the spot. We've tried the go to the bathroom and shower thing before, but with us that tends to lead to more boinking afterwards, thus requiring another shower. Now it's along the lines of showering early the next afternoon once the festivities are over for a few hours.
