I went to Trent University this year for Environmental & Resource Science. Turns out I don't like E&RS as much as I thought I did. I ended up in pretty much the same situation as you, but I dropped out. I couldn't take another semester of university, never mind another 4 years. Now that I'm out I am a lot more happy, I lost a ton of money but at least I'm not tied into doing something that I'm not totally into. I don't plan on going back to school for another 2 years now, and when I do I'll be going to college. I'm taking this time off to figure out who I really am and what I want to do.
The total I lost was around 8 grand tuition + res, but I'll be getting more back as soon as my doctor gets around to writing my letter for a medical withdrawl.
If something is making you unhappy or you don't want to do it, then why do it?
