Gatoraid isn't bad for you. It just isn't really that good for you. Salty sugar water and extra calories (though it is lower in calories than soda pop). Works good for hangovers, but unless you sweat ALOT, it isn't really needed for working out. For working out, drink water and eat a healthy diet.
