-made it almost a whole 24 hours without a smoke
-Completed all of my work
-prepared & bought gifts/cards for our dept. holiday potluck/gift exchange tomorrow
-cried (hey, for me that's a good thing, it released stress)
-made an appt. to get my car in the shop bcuz it's acting up
-communicated well with everyone when I needed to, in and out of work
- will meditate later (I can guarantee it, bcuz I need it after today)
