Back to court tomorrow (Wednesday). This is quite unusual, as court basically finished up for Christmas last Friday - if this ends up going much further, our barrister reckons this might be a 3 to 4 month case - I shudder to think about the legal costs that will be racked up.
Latch - thankfully, only the relevant stuff on the computer will be discussed - so slimshaydee is safe from cross examination.
almostaugust - I'm being sued for damages - unlikely to end up behind bars (even if I was guilty of something...) - thanks for the offer.
