I used to hostess at Chili's and it's the same way. They don't hire unnatractive people. Same with A&F. You have to have a certain "crombie" look, which is weird because I didn't when I got hired.
And to be honest, I'm with Nikki when she says that she would rather buy stuff from attractive people.
