Either they have plans to somehow get someone there, are planning on using Carter in a trade involving Kidd... or are just plain nuts. Sure, Kidd/Jefferson/Carter would be amazing, but you just aren't going anywhere without any middle of note. What would they do if they ran into Shaq in the playoffs?
