Ohh man that just sounds tasty.. I’ve done the Cajun/Blackened Snapper a couple of times just using the store bought (Emirl's Essence) seasoning. (which i think is pretty close to your seasoning above.
Nothing quite like taking a charter out all day in the Gulf and coming home to some good blackened fish!
