A chocolate mouse trifle... my own creation... It's layers of Dark Chocolate Mouse, Chocolate Wafer cookies, White chocolate mousse, and I'm thinking dark cherries, but I'm not sure yet-- depends on what inspires me... I'm not a fan of chocolate, and I won't eat this.. but it's a huge hit.
Also will be bringing tiramisu, homemade Irish Cream Liquor, and some finger foods...
