I wore briefs until recently and decided to switch to boxers. I think its cooler when you're caught with your pants down. Briefs can be pretty uncomfortable too.. especially when you have tight pants and have just had lunch. I still wear both.. but I noticed that I'd wear boxers if I feel good and if I have important appointments.. and briefs otherwise when all boxers are in the wash.
No problem with hard-ons here. I suppose I havent been caught in a situation where I had a hard-on and I didn't want the girl to know about it. :P
