by law, it is. and you could argue till you're blue in the face that it's not, but the law of the United States says very clearly that it
is your duty to determine who they are and be able to prove a
viable and real threat to your life prior to killing them. honestly, you should do some research into the subject instead of just mouthing the misconceptions you have about our legal system.
