Line a 5-gallon bucket with a few layers of chicken wire mesh, drop in potatoes, fill with water until potatoes are covered. Place on turntable of some sort (lazy susan from you rold kitchen set, maybe,) grasp handle, and twist back and forth for five minutes. The skins will be ripped off by the wire and they can be washed off to remove debris.
