Not to single you out mate, but that's what I mean! Past girlfriends have always loved the long hair and have had real problems when I cut it short, or mentioned it, or grew it out a little and then got it cut again. It was almost like long hair defined me, and that getting my hair cut was something I had no right to do since it was long when I met her. I can just imagine if my girlfriend got her hair cut, me complaining about it would (rightly) get me kicked out and a lecture on male oppression of women.
But maybe those girls are just the type I don't want anyway...
