There's one other place I've noticed this actually: in the mosh pit.
When I'm going ballistic with a whole bunch of other people who couldnt give a damn cos they know the person next to them has to be making a bigger dick of themselves then they are, the IS no gender. Everyone is just... people. And people having a good time at that. It's an awesome feeling.
