MY brother is having real trouble conquering all the gang territory, he's got only this tiny sliver of Balla territory up near Mulholland, but can't find enough gang members to start a war.
I worked out if you just save, then you don't have to defend your gang territory when it gets attacked, it just disappears when you save.
