I've been trying to setup the filter system on outlook express but instead finding it a frustrating bullshit experience.

I've been getting a ton of emails with no message, subject or "to" line. Just blank. There's no way of setting up outlook to delete these, in fact the rules system seems to be a huge pain in the ass.

Is there another program that has more options for setting up rules and not just a few garbage settings like outlook?
