Probably no one expected me to weigh in on this topic but what about Emeralds. For some reason I find Emeralds and beautiful women go together very well. And you don't see a lot of women in Emeralds. Girls with green eyes look amazing with Emeralds, the stones really bring out her eyes.
Anyway, just some thoughts I had to get out there. Long as she knows you thought about the gift and thought only of here you can't go very wrong with anything. My wife has worn an inexpensive silver American Indian motif ring since before we were married. Some 30 years now.
