I really don't use foundation, but if you apply foundation or concealer under your eye makeup, it'll help keep it on for longer. There are also special creams for this. I have one from Mary Kay, but I don't know of a drugstore brand that has any. I think I've found that Loreal eye shadows work the best, they are more expensive than CG or Maybelline but they seem to work better for me.
