Are you talking about foundation/concealer or like eyeshadow, lip stick etc?
Foundation/concealer, i use CG ultimate finish liquid powder makeup, about $7.00 cdn
Eyemakeup -> varies, right now, i'm madly in love with my Mary Kate and Ashley powdered eyeshadow from Walmart. Variety of colours, stays on all day. If it does fade a bit, it kind of changes colours slightly and i always get compliments.
Lipstick -> to last -> CG outlast, but normally i wear coloured lip glosses.
