Yeah. Not in actual sex (no need for lube in actual sex for me and my girlfriend, as we don't venture in THERE), but I have used it for... personal reasons. It doesn't really warm, just kind of gives a little bit of sensation. Not that great, really (at least I didn't think so).
BUT, before you use it on the Johnson (or on someone else), make sure to TEST a small bit of it, maybe on the back of your hand. A friend of mine was using it and broke out in a really bad rash. Doesn't sound like too much fun.
