While I agree with lebell that this might (well, I add the "might" anyway

) turn out to be a closed-case example of exploitative behavior, I was intending to open the discussion to a realization of a less exploitative legal procedure--one that allows for an exploration of and addresses the motivations and feelings of the minor.
