Gee, this hasn't been done before. *rolls eyes*. </sarcasm> Maybe I'm just getting really sick of people who create entirely new applications that pretty much rip off someone elses ideas.
The fact of the matter is: anyone can make a DarkNet. Create strong firewall rules and authentication routines, and anyone can share anything within a small number of people.
Hell, even using BitTorrent would work. And with that, it would work even better because of the way the protocol works. E-mail someone a torrent, have them download it and then keep the torrent seeding. Bandwidth isn't neccessarily being chewed up because at certain times, no one will be downloading from a certain torrent.
I have begun not to trust anything I can't find the source too, and the same rule applies for me with this application. I would use WASTE if I were you. At the very least, the source code is out there for you to modify to your liking.
