Ok. I'm running Windows XP, and I'm using Outlook for email. Whenever I open a new message, it opens in Restore Down. When I start IE, it opens with a Restored Down window. When I open Word, the same thing happens, etc, etc, etc. The only fix is to maximize the window, then close the application. After that, it reopens maximized. But my question is, why is it opening in Restore Down to begin with?
