Alright, I made these a while back and tend to make them every once in a while when I feel like really showing off to a girl/proving that I can cook...
-Use your favorite brownie batter (store bought or from scratch) and all the ingredients needed for that.
-1/2 jar of hot fudge
-1 cup of smooth peanut butter
-16 oz of chocolate morsels
-1 bar dark chocolate
-[optional] flavored liquor of your choice. (Bailey's has always done me well and it tends to be really popular
)
Instructions for cooking-
-Melt morsels, peanut butter, hot fudge, and 1 cup of liquor/milk in a saucepan, stirring fairly constantly. When that becomes a liquid, mix it in with the regular brownie batter mix.
-Pour that into a 13x9x2 pan.
-Melt your remaining chocolate and liquor/milk until it is liquid and drizzle it over the top.
-Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. When they're done, a toothpick near the edge should come out pretty clean and the center will still be semi-liquid.
(What melted chocolate is left, you'd do well to pour it over ice cream so as to keep yourself from eating the brownies immediately. They're best after they get about 24 hours to set.)
Instructions for eating-
-A roughly 1 1/2" cube brownie should be consumed with something like a half gallon of milk... Don't believe me? Make 'em and try it.
