well, i tried it, but i'm not completely impressed. next time, i'm gonna use cornflour instead of cornstarch to coat the chicken, as the coating was a little light. the sauce was also pretty thin... next time i'll double it and see if that creates more of a sauce than a light coating. overall, it was an interesting experiment.
