I just downloaded an episode the other day. I "kind of read" the book series (or atleast the first 40 maybe) some 3 or 4 years back. a roommate from japan had these books, but they were all in japanese (or what ever the written language is, dont mean to offend). even though i couldnt "read" the text, because of the experessiveness of the artist, I always knew what was going on. I just never knew the characters names till now.
