Another potential problem, then, would be key logging hardware. These are very difficult to detect using software, and although it's true that someone would actually require physical access to the computer for this to work, it is not outside the realm of possibility. Of course, visual inspection can easily detect these.
As well, I did some research on SpyBot S&D, and they do detect a number of Key Loggers, but I thikn they are more interested in the spyware and covert installed software. There are some fairly sophisticated key logging software out there available commercially that may not be detected. Still, as mentioned above, someone would need physical access to the computer and, in this case, also requiree userid/password to log into the workstation. I am assumming, of course that this business actually takes security seriously enough to maintain required logins on all workstations.
Again, I can't offer anything on SpyCop because I have not seen it in action personally, but after you mentioned it I did some research and found several positive reviews about it. It might be the solution for you.
