To a point, I would agree. However, when I walk into the room, and my two year old is standing next to open desk drawer, merrily throwing it's former contents about the room...I tend to "believe", from the standpoint of that particular "evidence", that he got into the drawer and made a mess. I
could choose to believe otherwise, but in this case I would be foolish to do so.
