The term fruedian slip comes from the phychiatrist Sigmund Frued (there are no accidents). The term means saying something accidentally because it is on your mind. Having sex on your mind, you say things like titsburg or it a tit bit nipplie in here. When said accidentally it is a fruedian slip, there are no accedents so he said it on purpose making it a freudian slip. That is what makes the second persons line so funny. You can still tell the joke the same way, it just needs the Fruedian slip or it just doesn't work as well.
