i dont subscribe to anything at the moment. because i knew i would be moving soon, and having magazines forwarded is a hassle.
I do have a big magazine fetish though..
I regularly buy

Giant Robot,Mass Appeal,Transworld Stance,Voluptuous & Xl girls,Wired,Asian Cult Cinema Monthly,While You Were Sleeping,Vapors

During my undergrad i used to be all into the rap/hiphop music scene and bough XXL, the Source, Fader, XLR8R, and some other technical journals about mixers and the like.. but i got too poor to continue buying 4-5 magazines a week.
