dishwashers sometimes get bitched at for nothing.. the LAST thing ID ever do is piss my dishwasher off.. I dont want him walking out on me

a few nights Ive been in a situation where the restaurant is shorthanded and the staff rotates in and out of the dishroom, or the chef is back there..
one time our dishwasher walked out...
at 7pm on a FRIDAY!!!
