Do your job to the best of your abilities and be proactive in knowing you are doing the best you can do. It's all you can do. Trust me. Work hard at any job you have and that will ensure each job that follows will be better and better. Do what you would do if you were the boss, think how you would like to be treated as a customer, and forget about the whiners and complainers. They're going nowhere.
