The Republic of The Celtic Dominion is a small, environmentally stunning nation, remarkable for its devotion to social welfare. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 7 million love a good election, and the government gives them plenty of them. Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

The government -- a sprawling, bureaucracy-choked, socially-minded morass -- concentrates mainly on Social Welfare, although Religion & Spirituality and Healthcare are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 39%, but much higher for the wealthy. A substantial private sector is led by the Information Technology industry, followed by Arms Manufacturing and Beef-Based Agriculture.

Voting is voluntary, surveillance cameras are banned, and marijuana is legal in the privacy of your own home. Crime is well under control. The Celtic Dominion's national animal is the collie, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the celtic dollar.

The Celtic Dominion is ranked 4th in the region and 36,471st in the world for Most Rebellious Youth.

From the brooks to the sea
We are Celtic, united and free
 We celebrate our country
 And cherish liberty
 We support fraternity
 We live as we choose
our liberties we shall defend and never lose
We are Celtic united and freeeeeeeee

My response is, "I like to put forks in an eletrical socket, just LOVE that feeling, can't ever get enough of it, so will you let me put this copper fork in that electric socket?"
