Thats the whole point if you ask me. Take pictures of yourself in panties, send them to another girl, then she takes pictures. Post pictures. Men droll over the pictures. It'll turn into a popularity contest and turn TFP into something that I'd hate to see. So I hope nothing comes of it. If any of the girls want to take pictures of themselves in undies go ahead (hell, I semi did that myself once), but the whole trading aspect turns it into some weird Penthouse thing. Yack.
