One question I have for Lowe's:
Why in the hell would I buy a twenty dollar screwdriver???
Never mind, I just thought of the answer. Your store is designed for soccer moms who watch "Switching Spots" on TV and can't do-it-themselves. They can just see that it costs twenty bucks, go back to their Durango or Lexus SUV and get their husband's credit card.
Maybe they have reserves that know what the hell they're doing, but probably not. An ex-girlfriend of mine worked at a hardware store, but miraculously doesn't know the difference between a hammer and an allen wrench.
I'm sure I'll enjoy the rest of this thread.
