When I was 16, my girlfriend and I took naked photos of each other. I kept the ones of her and she kept the ones of me. They were all destroyed long ago when we broke up.
However, this thread got me thinking; if I had kept the photo of my naked 16 year old girlfriend, would that be possession of child porn now?
