I don't think this game actually ends. You could go on forever in this game, I think. I have finished the main quest and many of the side quests and the Tribunal and Bloodmoon quests and there is still so much to do it's unreal.

I would agree with Sargeman in that if you get bored you can always sign up with a different faction and try to reach the top position of power within said house.
This game has a lot of potential and I feel it is very open ended.
