I currently have no problems w/ my modded Xbox.

-Evolution X & Avalaunch dashboards
I prefer Avalaunch, it seems to be a much cleaner dashboard. i dont use GameFly (well i won a month free from the Mcdonald's monopoly game) because their delivery of the games takes to long. I go to Blockbusters and rent games play them for a while and then burn them.
Only downside is u cant play the games from ur HD on XBL
