I just wanted to add one more thing. I don't really care what someone looks like when I go to a store to buy something....if I want something, I get it regardless what the salesperson looks like. But when I am at a restaurant, I prefer my waiter/waitress to be clean and well groomed...looks and weight don't matter, but I don't want someone serving me food with a dirty shirt or unwashed hair or just generally slovenly looking. It just doesn't seem as hygenic....and thats still just based on appearances, but its the truth.
